“no” is short for “f off” — amanda lovelace

My best friend and I will often send each other poetry back and forth.  Yesterday, she sent me this poem from Amanda Lovelace’s, “The Princess saves herself in this one.”  –such a great book by the way.  However, this poem is a great reminder that saying no isn’t a bad thing that one should feel bad about.  It’s a reminder that if one is uncomfortable with anything in life, the word “no” is always an option.

You have the right to say No.
